Making a Purchase
Making a purchase is easy. Just browse our store, click on any item and add to basket then when you have finished shopping proceed to checkout, where you will be asked a few details that is required in order to process your order. Please note that Churchills of Norwich have a miniumn order requirement of £5.00.
We only deliver to the UK, however if you require a delivery outside the UK please email keith.garrard@ntlworld.com who will happily advise you further on postage costs etc.
Delivery Schedule
We process your order the same day we receive it. All orders received before 3.00pm will be depatached that day. We will normally send your order received after 3.00pm the next working day subject to availability.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will be emailed with the option to cancle your order if you would wish to do so.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is inclusive.

Returns Policy
If the items you receive are faulty or you have changed your mind about any item you have orders and you wish to return it, then in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided that you inform us of your decisions either via email on keith.garrard@ntlworld.com or via telephone 01603 611079 / 07845550358 with 7 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be as "as new" when returned to us. Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at Churchills of Norwich, we will issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method. Goods may only be returned with permission from ovurselves. Please contact us for a returns number and shipping instructions. Any item returned without our consent will not be accpeted.
If you do not inform us within 7 days of receipt that you have decided to return goods which are not faulty, you will be charged a 2% re-stocking fee and postage will not be refunded.
